Every plan is a workspace price with a defined number of seats and storage. Invite the people who need to be there without creating a new line item for each one.

How is DeptDrive different from per-seat cloud storage?
DeptDrive charges per workspace, not per person. A plan includes a defined number of seats and a defined amount of storage. Adding people within the plan does not create a per-seat line item.
Do we pay more every time we invite someone?
Within the seats included in your plan, no. If your team grows beyond the plan's seat limit, you move to a larger workspace plan rather than adding a separate fee for each person.
Can an administrator read our files?
Administrators can create folders, invite members and manage permissions. The product does not expose file names, previews or downloads to the administrator role.
Where is data stored?
Customer content is stored in Western Europe. A data processing agreement is available on request for teams that need one.
Is storage unlimited?
No. We show a clear workspace allowance instead: 20 GB, 50 GB or 200 GB. If you outgrow it, you upgrade the workspace plan. No surprise "unlimited" promise.
What happens when we outgrow a plan?
Move to the next plan. Your workspace keeps its structure and permissions; the storage and seat allowance increases.
